By definition, activists are people who fight to change the current order of things or (or activism). This order can exist in any aspect of our day to day life. It could be certain rules set by the governing bodies of our countries or it could be practices that are followed by a society that are in contradiction to the beliefs of an person, and when a person stands up to challenge such contradictions, they become activists.
