Who is Big Narstie?
Tyrone Lindo is a popular English grime MC artist known for his YouTube videos and his successful musical endeavours. Known more popularly by his stage name Big Narstie, he kick-started his grime career officially with the formation of the group N*double*A. Ever since he has gone solo, he has been far more successful. His professional career started with a contract he signed with Dice Records, which enabled him to enter into successful collaborations with Coldplay, the band. That collaboration resulted in the song ‘Brushman’ which turned out to be the very first attempt from Narstie to receive a humongous response from the listeners and eventually ended up winning RWD magazine’s ‘Song of the year award’. Another reason for his constantly increasing popularity was that he never shied away from making collaborations with either budding or settled artists such as Ed Sheeran, Professor Green, P Money and JME. This paved way for Narstie to release his mixtapes and solo albums later in his career and hence, he became one of the richest English grime artists of contemporary times. Apart from music, Big Narstie has also been known to have an impeccable sense of humour which, other than making his online vines successful, bagged him some roles in Sitcoms and films.

Childhood & Early Life
Born at Lambeth, London, UK, on 16th November 1985, Big Narstie was brought up in his birth place and attended Stock Well Park High school. He was a music enthusiast since the very beginning and had a great sense of humour, making him a popular kid in the school and family.
As a kid, he wanted to be in the army and says that he thought that men in uniform are ‘cool’. But due to him being overweight and his inability to shed those extra pounds kept him from actually trying to join the armed forces, for which he became depressed for a brief period of time. The defining moment for him came when he witnessed the positive vibe around him when he heard a song ‘Pay As you Go’ playing in a nightclub and just like that, his fate was sealed.
