However, you may have noticed that before he became a social media star, he was already doing well in life, juggling multiple roles like acting, modeling, and training in martial arts. A Karate enthusiast since childhood, he wanted to become a Ninja Turtle. Even though that didn’t happen, he did win four world championship titles and after graduation, he started his own Karate school. Soon, a chance meeting with Calvin Klein made him consider a profession in modeling. He became a popular model, featuring on the Abercrombie & Fitch bags. One thing led to another and before long, he appeared alongside Rutger Hauer and Gregory Smith in his first major acting film ‘Hobo with a Shotgun’ (2011). Eventually, he got on the social media bandwagon, giving his followers a regular peek into his daily life. His fan base has grown ever since.

Nick Bateman was born in Burlington, Ontario and he graduated from Capilano University in Vancouver at the age 20. At the tender age of four, he began training in Karate as he was determined to become a Ninja Turtle. Focused on chasing his dreams and being happy, he worked his way up in the martial arts, modeling and acting professions. He attributes his positive attitude to martial arts and more importantly, his mother who taught him to live his dream. It is said that Maria Corrigan has been his girlfriend since 2008 but there has never been a confirmation. In spite of his good looks and charming personality, he has not been linked to anybody else.

Both Nick & Taylor Lautner competed at the same martial arts tournaments as kids and both hold Multiple Weapons World Titles.
