As of 2017, Jo Frost had worked as a nanny for around 27 years, starting from 1989 at the age of 18. She was employed in the USA as well as in the UK and one of her clients was John Lloyd, a famous television producer. Jo Frost joined Channel 4's reality show ‘Supernanny’ in 2004. This show was watched by over six million viewers in the very first year and thus, it became a huge success. After the UK version, the show was re-created in several other countries. After working for about seven years in the show, Frost quit ‘Supernanny’ and another woman, Deborah Tillman, was hired in place of her for the USA version.
After this, Frost appeared on ‘Jo Frost: Extreme Parental Guidance’, a show that aired in the United Kingdom in 2010. Three years later, the reality TV star did ‘Family S.O.S. with Jo Frost’.
