Childhood & Early Life
AnnaSophia Robb was born on December 8, 1993, in Denver, Colorado, to Janet and David Robb. Her father is an architect while her mother is an interior designer. Her mother left her previous job to take care of her after she was born.
A devout Christian, she performed on stage for the first time in front of a church gathering of 500 people when she was five. At the age of eight, she started taking professional acting classes.
She loves gymnastics; she trained for about four and half years and even joined a team. However, she quit after being unable to manage time due to the increasing amount of acting opportunities she was getting.
She attended the public school, Arapahoe High School, in her hometown of Denver, but switched to homeschooling during her visit to LA. After graduating from there in 2012, she had been accepted into Stanford University, but had to defer admission due to filming schedules. In 2014, she was admitted to New York University.

At the age of nine, AnnaSophia Robb was scouted by an agency in Los Angeles, after which she moved to LA with her mother during the pilot season.
