Nathan Arenas - Child Actors, Family and Childhood

Nathan Arenas' love for acting came at an early age. He loved to perform in front of family and friends when he was just two years old. He learnt acting at Actors Giving Back, a celebrity based talent development program and acting school. He was guided by the founder of the acting school, David DeLuise, who is also a famous actor and director. He auditioned for Disney Channel's sitcom BUNK’D in 2015. It was his first ever audition and he successfully bagged the role of Jorge on the show. The show has been running for two seasons.

On his social media accounts, Nathan Arenas describes himself as a magician and a musician. Nathan loves to draw, read, perform illusion tricks, play soccer and swim in his free time. He also loves to go to the beach or to movies whenever he gets the chance. Nathan is known to have a good sense of humor. He is admired by fans as one of the best child actors on Disney. His realistic acting and reactions to situations makes for perfect comic timing. Talking about his character, Jorge, and himself, Nathan said they both have an "active imagination" and they both come up with "crazy, crazy names". He believes in working hard and having faith in himself. He is very enthusiastic about learning various things, be it musical instruments, singing, art or science.

Despite the fact that his hit Disney show BUNK’D is about a group of young kids spending a summer full of fun and adventure at a camping location, Nathan mentioned in an interview that he never ever camped in real life and is actually scared of spending time in a forest amidst uncertainties. When Nathan first got to the set of his show, he thought there was an actual river there and asked his director if he could jump into it, while it was just faked with a fan under a curtain. Talking about what the cast of the show do on the set on their off time, he said that they hang out together but get busy with their social media accounts on their phones without even paying attention to each other. On May 3, 2016, Nathan posted a picture on his Instagram page from the hospital bed after going through a major surgery. He had to go through a tonsil and adenoids removal surgery. He, however, didn't lose his sense of humor even after going through the surgery. He captioned the picture with these words: "I just woke up from my surgery guys!!! Omg I feel delusional!! "

Nathan Arenas was born on September 30, 2005 in Los Angeles, California. He lives there with his mother Alejandra and younger sister. He is fluent in English and Spanish. His social media accounts are run by his mother. He loves pets and has pet rabbits, chickens and fish. Having chickens as pets is something he has in common with his BUNK’D co-star Nina Lu. Nathan, who was born on September 30, celebrated his birthday with Nina Lu on her birthday, September 18, on the sets of their show. The cast also had a slumber party at co-star Peyton List's house to celebrate the day. Nathan not only treats his cast-mates as family, he often hangs out with stars from other shows. On September 28, 2015, Nathan made a visit to Disney Studios with fellow Disney star Joey Bragg from the show ‘Liv & Maddie’.
