He is best recognized as the co-creator, actor, and head writer of ‘Studio C,’ a famous sketch comedy show on both YouTube and BYUtv. Prior to embarking on a career in the entertainment industry, he served as a Mormon missionary for a Chicago mission. He later went on to study psychology at the Brigham Young University. Before and after his college graduation, Meese worked for about five years at the Monte L. Bean Life Science Museum. In 2013, he earned a Rocky Mountain Emmy nomination. The American star is an internet celebrity as well who has got millions of followers on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. People from all around the globe adore him wholeheartedly, thanks to his brilliant comedic skills and extraordinary personality! On a personal note, Matthew Ryan Meese is a bachelor. Career
Matthew Ryan Meese initially worked for a BYU sketch group named Divine Comedy. During this time, he and his fellow castmembers devised an idea of making a new show called ‘Studio C.’ This show was not considered by the channel BYUtv until Meese personally met the content director Jared Shores. Videos are posted on YouTube every Tuesday and Friday as part of the show. The series’ channel features hilarious movies and vine parodies which present a complete laughter riot. As of now, the channel has amassed more than 1.7 million subscribers. It also has about 1 billion views till date.
Meese is known for several roles in the sketch comedy series. His most popular role in the ‘Studio C’ series is of Scott Sterling, a soccer and volleyball player who repeatedly receives blows to the head and wins games with them. The videos in the Sterling series are the most successful sketches of the channel in terms of views. It was the first ‘Studio C’ series to exceed 30 million views on YouTube.
