Matthew Meese

Matthew Ryan Meese was born on October 10, 1983 in New Jersey, USA as the second of his parents’ four children. He attended high school and later went on to serve as a missionary for the Chicago Mission. He then studied at the Brigham Young University (BYU) and received an undergraduate degree in psychology. The comedian currently lives in Provo, Utah with his two buddies and castmates, Stacey Harkey and Adam Berg.

He is color-blind. Talking about Meese’s love life, he is currently single. However, many believe that he is in a relationship with fellow castmate Mallory Everton. Although both Meese and Everton have denied this rumor, some of their fans still believe they are dating each other. Information regarding Meese’s parents and family background is not known to the media.

Matthew Ryan Meese initially worked for a BYU sketch group named Divine Comedy. During this time, he and his fellow castmembers devised an idea of making a new show called ‘Studio C.’ This show was not considered by the channel BYUtv until Meese personally met the content director Jared Shores. Videos are posted on YouTube every Tuesday and Friday as part of the show. The series’ channel features hilarious movies and vine parodies which present a complete laughter riot. As of now, the channel has amassed more than 1.7 million subscribers. It also has about 1 billion views till date.

Meese is known for several roles in the sketch comedy series. His most popular role in the ‘Studio C’ series is of Scott Sterling, a soccer and volleyball player who repeatedly receives blows to the head and wins games with them. The videos in the Sterling series are the most successful sketches of the channel in terms of views. It was the first ‘Studio C’ series to exceed 30 million views on YouTube.
