Tray Rush - Youtubers, Birthday and Facts

Tray always wanted to make a career in the entertainment industry. His first choice was acting, but later shifted his focus to basketball. Tray continued with his basketball training but somewhere he still had a hidden passion for acting. He moved to Los Angeles when he received his basketball scholarship. But he had to return to Toronto to take care of his cousin. He decided not to go back to Los Angeles and hence started searching for a job in order to support his finances. By then, Tray had almost lost hope of making it big in the field of acting.

He finally got a job where he met Kesha. After getting to know each other, Kesha suggested him to make YouTube videos. Tray then created his YouTube channel and titled it ‘Today with Tray’ which was later changed to ‘The Rush Fam’. The channel consists of a variety of videos including his wedding videos. Tray spoke about almost all the incidents that had taken place in his life. Though his channel did not perform well initially, he gradually picked up pace and eventually became a popular YouTube channel. Tray now does vlogging full time and has quit his job.

The first video that he posted was a general vlog. He then started posting vlogs pertaining to his daily life. Kesha started appearing consistently in Tray’s video. He then posted about every special moment that he had with Kesha. He posted about the proposal, his first date with her, his first vacation with her and the wedding. He also posted a few story time videos every now and then. In his story time videos, he spoke about his struggles with anxiety and depression and how he overcame it.

When Tray became a father, he termed his family as T-Squad. He still uses that term in the introductory phrase of his videos. He and Kesha have done a couple of videos on relationship struggles, marriage and parenting. They also never miss an opportunity to play pranks on each other. Their prank video series includes ‘Worst birthday gift Prank,’ ‘Insect Pizza Prank,’ ‘Breakup Prank,’ ‘Got beaten up Prank,’ ‘I am pregnant Prank’ and many more.

When it comes to their challenge videos, Tray and Kesha have always posted videos that entertain their fans and viewers. They have taken up many challenges, such as ‘Makeup Challenge,’ ‘Eating Hottest Snacks’ and ‘Whisper Challenge’. The videos ‘Baby Eating Warheads’ and ‘What's Wrong with Cali’ are among some of Tray’s most viewed videos with more than six million views for each of them.

Tray Rush then got an opportunity to make a collaborative video with the Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau. The PM office was looking for a YouTuber to make a video through which the Prime Minister was planning to discuss a few issues. He and Kesha were later interviewed by a local news channel to discuss their experience of working with Justin Trudeau. Tray described his experience as surreal. Today, Tray’s YouTube channel has more than 700,000 subscribers. His videos have managed to gather more than 200 million views to date.

Tray Rush was born on February 19, 1989, in Toronto, Ontario. He hasn’t spoken much about his parents or his educational qualification. Tray is married to his longtime girlfriend, Kesha, and they have posted many videos on their interracial relationship. They are proud parents of three lovely kids. Kameiro is their first child and owns a separate YouTube channel. His younger daughter, Cali, has appeared on his videos on several occasions. They have also adopted a boy, Elijah.
