Having worked as a fitness instructor from the early age of sixteen, Natalie Uhling has come a long way since she stepped into the world of fitness. At the age of thirteen, she started training under an ex dance/kickboxing instructor, who identified her talent and became her mentor. Natalie’s career has grown immensely, since then. Being always interested in clothing and fashion, she pursued her education in it, and also interned with some of the biggest names in the fashion industry. Simply to make ends meet, she then took up a job in the sales industry with BCG Commodities. After her sales stint, she took up a job with Ralph Lauren, wherein she went on to do a teaching/training program with SoulCycle— a New York City-based fitness company. Having completed the program with SoulCycle, she started working at SLT (Strengthen Lengthen Tone). Natalie also teaches at Turbo Kick, and admits that empowering women through fitness, is her goal and passion. She went on to be the face of ‘Under Armor’—a footwear and sports apparel company—and there was no stopping her, since then. Currently, she holds a certificate of the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, which makes her one of the most sought-after fitness instructors of the country. Natalie Uhling is also the founder of NUFit, a high-intensity workout program, which is quite popular among the people.

Natalie Uhling’s fitness regime concentrates on what the audience wants, as opposed to working towards the stereotypical and superficial side of beauty. She modifies her fitness programs based to the needs and demands of her students and help them achieve their fitness goals, be it weight-loss, toning, getting fit or building muscles. Her versatility and ability to customise fitness programs according to individual needs is what makes her truly remarkable.
