Then she served as a sideline reporter for KFMB-TV for its San Diego Chargers preseason broadcasts from 2005-06. Two years later, she joined Comcast SportsNet and served as a reporter/sideline reporter/anchor for ‘SportsNet Central’, ‘Giants Post Game Live’, ‘Giants Pre Game Live’, ‘Golden State Warriors’, ‘San Jose Sharks games’ and ‘Oakland A’s’.

In 2011, Sire hosted and produced the show ‘A Day in the Life: Tim Lincecum’. Two years later, she joined ESPN and worked as an anchor for ‘Highlight Express’. On May 5, 2013, she made her SportsCenter debut. After this, Sire served as a sideline reporter for ‘College World Series’ as well as for ‘League World Series’. In 2016, she anchored ‘SportsCenter:AM’, the morning instalment of the network's flagship show.
