Stacy Hinojosa - Gamer, Birthday and Facts

Prior to starting her own very successful gaming channel, Stacy worked in practically every business sector. She was a waitress, a golf course attendant and she even worked as an interviewer.

She was based in Los Angeles and worked for entertainment publications and online platforms like JSYK.com, Cambio.com and Teen.com. During her career as an interviewer, Stacy has interacted with celebrities like Taylor Swift, Emma Watson, Justin Beiber, Kirsten Stewart, Will Smith, Nick Jonas and Will Smith.

She met her best friend and fellow gamer, Joe Garceffa, while working at Teen.com and the duo started gaming together. Stacy started her YouTube Channel ‘stacyplays’, not to show off her crazy gaming skills, but to comment and critique her friend’s gaming.

Stacy created her YouTube channel in 2013 just out of kicks but later decided to upload videos of her Minecraft games.

Since she never intended to start a career on YouTube and be successful at it, she calls herself the ‘Accidental YouTuber’. But succeed she did and her channel currently has close to 1.5 million subscribers.

Stacy has also collaborated with multimedia companies like Alloy Digital and Maker Studios to launch new games based on innovative and original concepts. Her most popular creation is the Dogcraft, a modded Minecraft Roleplay venture featuring on her channel every Wednesday and Saturday, which involves Stacy rescuing puppies in distress and building them beautiful dog-theme structures. The game is a single-player, survival mode type.

She is very involved with the viewers, breeds a Dalmatian every week, naming it after a viewer with the hope of creating the 101 Dalmatian one day. She also begins her videos by taking a tour of the stacyplays Minecraft art gallery and showing off fan art.

Her other featured games are Cake Quest, Candy Isle, Bookcraft, and Mine Clash. She has also created her own brand of video games in 2015 called Minecraft: Story Mode - A Telltale Games Series and Wonder Quest where she has lent her voice to the games’ character.

She also has a second channel called Stacyvlogs where she uploads personal vlogs every Monday outlining personal point of views, struggles and exciting news. She also posts several follow me around videos while she is out and about in her daily routine.

Stacy is this chubby, bubbly girl who fulfills every criteria of your best friend. She is someone with whom you can share a laugh and would not hesitate to spill your guts too.

She is extremely talented and funny. Her friend, Joe Garceffa, seems to have a riot while he games with Stacy. She is very-very respectful of her adoring fans and loves the attention that they shower on her.

Stacy Hinojosa was born on August 23, 1983 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She later moved to Los Angeles for a career in entertainment journalism but returned back to Salt lake City.

She plans on concentrating on her YouTube channel and business ventures selling stacyplays and Minecraft merchandise. She lives with her three dogs, Page, Molly, Polly and cat Milquetoast. Page and Molly are most frequently featured in her vlogs and are featured on Stacy’s Outro in YouTube.

Stacy’s father was in the military and as a child she moved around a lot. She has even lived in Germany for a better part of her childhood and calls herself this military brat. She loves watching Disney movies and Milk is her favorite drink.
