Philip Joncas was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, United States of America. After graduating from the ‘Catholic University of America,’ Philip got employment as a production manager with the ‘U.S. Department of Homeland Security.’ Around this time, he developed interest towards arts and decided to pursue his passion.
