Calman had a revenue of approximately USD 3.1 million for the 12 months to September 30, 2022. The CEO of Calman expressed his excitement to join Interlink Electronics and leverage its expertise and global reach to expand the company’s markets and product offerings. The previous acquisitions of SPEC Sensors and KWJ Engineering in December 2022, which cost approximately USD 2 million, were both designers and manufacturers of gas, air, and environmental quality sensors.
