Robyn Denise Moore was born in Adelaide, Australia. After her high school and college education, Robyn became a dental nurse. Robyn met Mel Gibson in the 1970s when Gibson was a struggling actor. Their relationship blossomed over the next few years, culminating in their wedding on June 7, 1980. Robyn’s relationship and her subsequent wedding with Gibson introduced her to the world of entertainment.
