ChatGPT Goes Public: More Integrations!

OpenAI has extended the availability of its advanced generative AI chatbot, ChatGPT, to more third-party apps and website publishers, following its launch on Microsoft’s Bing search engine and Office productivity suite of apps. The plugin option will be gradually rolled out as OpenAI learns more from a small set of users. The feature helps users write emails, screenplays, poems, and recommend vacation spots with itinerary details. The ChatGPT API can scrape the internet to provide users with the latest information, such as breaking news, stock prices, and sports scores, without leaving the website or app they are currently using. Several companies, including Expedia, Shopify, and Slack, have already integrated the ChatGPT plugins into their apps and websites. OpenAI plans to add more features to the ChatGPT API to enhance user experience, and interested firms can join the waitlist on the OpenAI website. Google has also launched an AI chatbot called Bard, which offers early access to Pixel Superfans seeking to explore the new technology.
