Que 9 was born on September 28, 2003 in Detroit, Michigan, USA. Details about his personal life like his parents’ names, family background, etc. are not available. The young rapper also hasn’t revealed anything about his education to his fans.

Que 9’s biggest musical influences are the rappers Nas and Kendrick Lamar. He has worked with many fellow artistes till date, including beat makers Jace and Brisk, who are also known as The Crew. Together with The Crew, Que 9 recorded the project “Epidemic” in just three days. He has also collaborated with the famous musical artiste Lil Poppy on the single “Buzzin.”

Que 9 was just one year old when he began to display his musical skills. He recorded his debut single at the age of four with the help of his uncle. He then sold CDs of his songs at malls and high schools. He eventually went on to participate in Detroit’s Before They Were Stars in 2011 and 2013 where he earned monetary gifts and trophies for his talent. In 2012, Que9 was featured in the year’s Keep the Schools Safe Tour, creating awareness about bullying in Detroit’s high schools. In 2015, he participated in the Summer Jam and was also a part of I Wanna See You Dance Tour. Also that year, the young rapper captured the attention of the independent label BMB Records which proceeded to sign him.

Till date, Que 9 has released a number of singles and albums. His EP, ‘Epidemic,’ is regarded as his biggest accomplishment till date. He has also uploaded his songs on his channel on YouTube. Two of his most popular music videos, 'Que9 "FaceTime" [Official Video]' and 'Que9 "Red Light Green Light" [Official Video],' are much entertaining to watch.
