Birth Place

Jonah KittiesMama was born on June 6, 2002, in Florida, USA, where he lives with his mother Jennifer, his father and his three siblings. He has an older brother, Noah, a younger sister Emma, and a younger brother Micah. He is homeschooled, along with his siblings. His older brother Noah previously attended a regular school, but after he faced issues like bullying, the family went for homeschooling. They also mentioned that there are not many good Christian schools in the locality. His brother Noah and his sister Emma started attending regular private schools in early 2017, but Jonah is still being homeschooled. Fans speculate that he may be homeschooled for his health issues or his short stature, which might make him more susceptible to bullying. He is quite short for his age, and also has a kidney problem.

Personal Life

Jonah is currently dating a girl of his age, whose name is Paige. They met during one of their homeschooling sessions and eventually became romantically involved. Paige is often seen spending vacations with their family, and as such became a regular face on their videos after they started dating. Paige sent Jonah a sweatshirt via mail as a gift even before they met. It was she who wrote the word "Jage" on the gift, which would later be used on the channel, as well as by the fans, to refer to the couple.

Personal Life

Jonah KittiesMama rose to fame after featuring on their family YouTube channel KittiesMama. However, the channel was not originally created with an audience in mind; rather, his mother merely wanted to share a video with her husband, showing him their cat Sylvester's first hunt. As the video was too big to be sent via mail, she created the YouTube channel KittiesMama (the name suggesting the mother sharing video of her kitten) and uploaded the video 'Sylvester's First Catch' on August 9, 2008. For the next two years, they used the channel very rarely to share with family members goofy videos of the kids. Some of the videos started to get outside attention on YouTube, which gradually built a fan base. In December 2010, they reached 1000 subscribers and earned partners on YouTube, after which they started to think seriously about their content and upload schedule. They followed some of the popular family YouTubers like Shaytards for a while, and soon started posting weekly vlogs, challenge videos, funny skits, toy reviews and contests. They also often post videos of their travels. Jonah has been part of the channel since its conception, and as the channel grew to get over 2 million subscribers, he gained a loyal fan base for himself. They created two more channels in 2015, a gaming channel called 'KittiesMamaGaming' and a daily vlog channel called KittiesMamaVlogs.

The Meteoric Rise to Stardom

While Jonah KittiesMama and his family have amassed a huge fan following, not all the fans are happy about the way they present themselves. A number of viewers see them as boring, isolated kids who lack a normal social life or friends. Jonah is usually seen in a better light by the fans, while his sister Emma is often at the receiving end of most fan criticism, especially for being picky or whiny. His elder brother, Noah, often gives away his unwillingness to be filmed constantly. However, it is their regular use of click-bait thumbnails or titles that caused many of their fans to turn their back on them eventually. The fans reached a tipping point when Jonah's family started exploiting his first romantic involvement by deliberately advertising it and milking the relationship for more hits. It angered many of their regular visitors who found it inappropriate.
