An animal lover to the core, she aimed to be a vet or zookeeper as a youngster. But that did not happen. What did happen were a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Suffolk University and Master of Education in Sport Psychology and Counseling from Boston University. However she graduated from college as confused as ever and found herself hopping from one job to another—as a bartender, blogger, and go-go dancer among others.

It was a job at barstoolsports.com that set the pace for her future career. Here she honed her skills in the arts of comedy, blogging, and video-making. After making humorous videos for a few years, she got a YouTube channel of her own and uploaded the video ‘How To Trick People Into Thinking You're Good-Looking’ in 2010. The video was an instant hit and it did not take long for Jenna to become a YouTube sensation.

Do we even need to tell you how unique Jenna is? Sure she’s pretty, quirky, and fun, but it is her honesty and vulnerability that makes her so endearing. As her fans know, she is the product of a broken home—just like millions of other Americans—and has been through pretty much the same stuff every youngster goes through. A true blue animal-lover and the “mom” of three dogs—Mr. Marbles, Kermit, and Peach—she based the appearances of the toys upon her real dogs. Her dogs also feature prominently in some of her popular videos. The much loved celebrity also makes occasional appearances on television programs. An on-and-off vegetarian from long, Jenna Marbles announced in a video in 2015 that she was going fully vegan.
