He suffered from drug abuse from an early age and struggled with the issue even well into adulthood. He passed away on 10th March 2010. Found in an unconscious state at his home, he was rushed to a hospital where he was declared dead. Though his death was initially suspected to be due to drug overdose, later it was revealed that he had died of ill health.
