In 2014, the actress appeared in a minor role in the drama series ‘Handsome Devils’. Two years later, she got featured alongside Sascha Radetsky and Amy Acker in the holiday flick ‘A Nutcracker Christmas’.

Hook was catapulted to fame in 2017 when she was cast in the lead role of Frankie Gaines in the Nickelodeon series ‘I Am Frankie.’ Her performance in the show was much praised by the audience and she ultimately became a household name. In 2018, the Canadian actress played Anastasia in the movie ‘Contractors’. She also has a few other projects in hand which are slated to be released in the coming months.
