  • Steven McComas, 52, of Grant Street, East Liverpool, allegedly stole cash and six packs of cigarettes from the Hide Away Bar & Drive Thru in East Liverpool on March 16. He was charged with theft and ordered to stay away from the bar and drive thru. His pretrial is set for May 30.

Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs Charge
