Joshua Llano is a Manager in the Forensic, Valuation and Litigation Services (“FLVS”) Group with almost a decade of experience in the accounting industry. He specializes in complex commercial litigation, forensic investigations, lost profit damages, business valuation, and business interruption, with a focus on financial services, hospitality, construction, technology, healthcare, and consumer industries. Joshua is adept at providing expert analysis and testimony on economic, finance, valuation, and accounting issues in complex commercial disputes. He has significant experience conducting forensic accounting investigations, assisting court-appointed receivers, corporate officers, directors, and outside counsel in various matters involving improper financial reporting, undisclosed transactions, embezzlement schemes, Ponzi schemes, self-dealing & conflicts of interest, payments to fictitious vendors, compliance with corporate ethics policies, and compliance with FCPA. Prior to his current position, Joshua worked as a Manager with a large regional public accounting firm where he focused on lost profits and economic damages analyses.

Joshua Llano is a Manager in the Forensic, Valuation and Litigation Services (“FLVS”) Group at his firm, and has been working in the accounting industry for nearly 10 years. His primary focus is on complex commercial litigation, forensic investigations, lost profit damages, business valuation, and business interruption. Joshua has worked with financial services, hospitality, construction, technology, healthcare, and consumer industries.

With his expertise in forensic accounting investigations, Joshua has provided assistance to court-appointed receivers, corporate officers, directors, and outside counsel on a range of matters including improper financial reporting, undisclosed transactions, embezzlement schemes, Ponzi schemes, self-dealing & conflicts of interest, payments to fictitious vendors, compliance with corporate ethics policies, and compliance with FCPA.

Joshua has also worked on cases involving contract disputes, non-competes, business disruption, and patent disputes. He has extensive experience in providing analysis and financial models for high-net-worth individuals, domestic and international organizations, real estate and gift tax purposes, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

Before joining his current firm, Joshua worked as a Manager with a large regional public accounting firm. There, he focused on lost profits and economic damages analyses, providing data and information used in expert witness testimony in state and federal court. He also worked on providing analysis and financial models for high-net-worth individuals and domestic and international organizations within business valuations.
