Joshua is adept at providing expert analysis and testimony on economic, finance, valuation, and accounting issues in complex commercial disputes. He has significant experience conducting forensic accounting investigations, assisting court-appointed receivers, corporate officers, directors, and outside counsel in various matters involving improper financial reporting, undisclosed transactions, embezzlement schemes, Ponzi schemes, self-dealing & conflicts of interest, payments to fictitious vendors, compliance with corporate ethics policies, and compliance with FCPA. With his expertise in forensic accounting investigations, Joshua has provided assistance to court-appointed receivers, corporate officers, directors, and outside counsel on a range of matters including improper financial reporting, undisclosed transactions, embezzlement schemes, Ponzi schemes, self-dealing & conflicts of interest, payments to fictitious vendors, compliance with corporate ethics policies, and compliance with FCPA.

Before joining his current firm, Joshua worked as a Manager with a large regional public accounting firm. There, he focused on lost profits and economic damages analyses, providing data and information used in expert witness testimony in state and federal court. He also worked on providing analysis and financial models for high-net-worth individuals and domestic and international organizations within business valuations.
