The Sale Curry flanker and Northampton Lawes star have been included in a wider 36-man training squad to prepare for Saturday’s encounter at the Principality Stadium.
Curry missed the start of the campaign with a hamstring problem but got back into shape in time to bolster England full-back action.
Vice-captain Lawes missed England’s full autumn schedule with a head injury problem and then picked up a buttock problem before the start of the Six Nations.
Now the 96-cap striker back-five will be in line for his first appearance under new boss Steve Borthwick, having completed his recovery while remaining with the England side.
Fly-half Ford has not played for England since the 2022 Six Nations, having suffered a long absence with an Achilles injury.
But the 29-year-old replaced Fin Smith in the English ranks and will play the part of opener for the trip to Wales.
London Irish’s Ollie Hassell-Collins missed selection with a knee injury, but Harlequins’ Cadan Murley is back in the squad, with Northampton’s Fraser Dingwall also included.
Manu Tuilagi is out due to the ban which will be handed down after his red card in Sale’s 38-34 defeat at Northampton on Saturday.
