And while shocking drama, competitions, or eliminations are what get people talking week after week, perhaps viewers should also discuss the diversity — or lack thereof — that goes into making their favorite shows. .

“Even if you turn on the TV and see our beautiful faces, you’d be amazed who isn’t behind the camera,” Eva Marcille exclusively tells E! News. “Who’s not into hair and makeup and glamor and all things advice for black women.”
