Indiana State University is organizing summer camps and programs for K-12 youth in art, music, theater, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math). These summer programs will last for several weeks, with most of them being full-day activities, allowing students to participate in various activities and experiences from week to week. Indiana State University offers a broad range of summer camps, including Van Gogh and Friends, Toymakers, Design, Create, Build, Comic Book Adventure, STEAM, Nature Unleashed, Camp Rewind, and Rock Camp. Overnight camps such as Rock Camp, Workshop on Woodwinds, and Maker’s Camp will provide campers with a chance to improve their skills through a more immersive experience. This summer’s program represents expanded camp opportunities made possible by a grant from the Lilly Endowment Inc. Students attending Camp Navigate and Camp Rave and those enrolled in Vigo County School Corporation summer programs will also participate in some of Indiana State University’s summer activities. Interested parties are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible since spots are limited.
