Chatime, a bubble tea franchise, is going through backlash from shoppers later KeepCup, a reusable cup corporate, sued them for trademark infringement. KeepCup claimed that Chatime used to be promoting its personal branded reusable cup with a symbol indistinguishable to that of KeepCup, which used to be allegedly a contravention in their trademark. In consequence, Chatime has since stopped promoting the cups, got rid of them from their retail outlets, and thrown away any residue secure.
