Additionally, he has worked on House of Secrets as a composer and producer under Qutub-e-Kripa, a composer collective by A.R. Rahman.
Born and raised in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, Suryansh’s love for music comes from his family’s inclination towards it. Even though his parents were music lovers, Suryansh was the first to pursue it professionally. He has been singing and playing instruments since he was a child, and he recalls his first stage performance when he was four years old. At the age of ten, he began performing with the late music director Ravindra Jain accompanying him for his live concerts.
After high school, Suryansh moved to Chennai to study music at K M Music Conservatory. His passion for music continued to grow, and he quickly gained recognition for his talents. In 2011, he had an impromptu performance with the playback singer Richa Sharma, singing the song ‘Billo Rani’ on stage, which later garnered more than 53 million views on Youtube. Since then, he has started his own successful channel and collaborated with numerous musicians from around the nation, recreating popular Bollywood classics.
Suryansh recently released his debut as a singer-songwriter, “Chal Phir Wahin,” a song about the pain and grief of losing the love of one’s life while trying to move on with what is left behind. The song received praise and recognition from several big names in Bollywood, including A.R. Rahman. Suryansh’s soulful music and soothing voice have won over audiences’ hearts since a young age, and his powerful vocals add the perfect blend of emotions to the songs he sings.
