Ingredients
A glass of plain yogurt
Zest of a lemon
1 tablespoon yeast
A measure of sunflower oil
2 sugar measures
3 measures of flour
3 eggs
Preparation
Beat the yogurt with the three eggs, the sunflower oil, the sugar. When the mixture is very homogeneous, you gradually incorporate the flour, the tablespoon of yeast, and finally the zest of a lemon.
You spread butter in the mold where you are going to bake the cake, place the dough, and put it in the oven that you preheated to 180° for 10 minutes.
Lower the oven to 150° and cook the cake for 35 minutes. After 30 minutes it is good to put a wooden stick to confirm if it was cooked well. If it comes out wet you leave it for five minutes and if it comes out clean, turn off the oven.
