The ingredients of the recipe:
- 6 slices of bread
- 150 g smoked duck breast
- 6 cuil. orange marmalade coffee
- 3 cuil. honey soup
- 6 rocket handles
- 6 cuil. salad dressing soup
- 1 orange (and a half)
- 1 pinch of pepper
The steps of the recipe:
- Toast the slices of bread in the toaster.
- Mix the orange marmalade with the honey.
- Spread on each slice of bread the mixture of marmalade and honey.
- Drop arugula and slices of smoked duck breast.
- Pepper everything and place a wedge of orange on top then pour a drizzle of vinaigrette.

The recipe for orange salad with fresh cheese and dried fruit
Who says the end of February says the rise in temperatures and freshness of mid-season. The ideal time to concoct fresh salads and enjoy the first rays of sunshine. Opt for this one based on oranges, full of flavors that announce the arrival of spring.
The ingredients of the recipe:
- 4 organic oranges
- 1 lettuce heart
- 30 g almonds
- 20 g nuts
- 4 cuil. fresh cheese soup
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 cuil. soup of walnut oil
- Salt, pepper
The steps of the recipe:
- Prepare the dressing: emulsify the walnut oil with the juice of the half lemon.
- Wash and wipe the oranges. Take the zest from the zest, reserve it.
- Peel the fruits alive. Cut them into slices on a plate to collect the juice. Add this juice to the dressing. Salt and pepper.
- Finely crush half of the dried fruits. Wash the salad and wring it out thoroughly.
- Divide the salad leaves into hollow plates. Add the orange slices, nuts and whole almonds.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 carrots
- 1 red onion
- 1 pepper
- 2 oranges
- 3 cuil. olive oil soup
- 1 small fresh chili pepper (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 1 cuil. ground cumin coffee
- Salt, pepper
The steps of the recipe:
- Peel the carrots, rinse them and cut them into ribbons with a vegetable peeler.
- Slice the pepper, chilli and onion.
- Mix these vegetables with 1 peeled orange and cut into slices, 2 cuil. to soup of oil, crumbled thyme and chopped garlic. Salt and pepper.
- Put them in a dish.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th.6).
- Coat the chicken breasts with the remaining oil, cumin, salt and pepper. Slide them in the middle of the vegetables and add the juice of the last orange.
- Bake for 30 min by watering with the cooking juice.
- Serve hot, decorated with herbs.
The recipe for fennel and orange cod back
If you prefer fish, opt for this cod recipe scented with fennel and orange. Cod is also a winter product. If you wish, you can swap it for a place, sole, or sea bream depending on your preferences.
The ingredients of the recipe:
- 4 whole backs of cod
- 4 fennel
- 1 leek
- 2 oranges
- 20 cl olive oil
- 1 yellow lemon
- Salt, pepper
The steps of the recipe:
- Thaw the cod backs.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C on rotating heat.
- Cook the fennel and the whole leek in a large volume of boiling salted water for 30 to 40 minutes and then let them cool.
- Cut slices of orange and fry them for 3 minutes on each side with a little oil.
- Cut the fennel and leek and pan them for 4 to 5 minutes with olive oil.
- Season and fry the cod backs for 6 to 8 minutes and then put everything on a plate with a little olive oil and lemon juice.
The recipe for creamy orange pie
Treat yourself to dessert with this creamy orange-flavored pie. It requires only a few ingredients and melts gently in the mouth.
The ingredients of the recipe:
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 50 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 organic oranges
- 8 cuil. liquid honey soup
The steps of the recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th. 6).
- Grate the zest of 1 orange and squeeze half of it. Mix zest and juice with the cottage cheese, flour, eggs and 4 cuil. to honey soup.
- Pour into a non-stick missed mold. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on it, without folding the edges: air must be able to pass.
- Bake for 30 min.
- Let the cake cool and unmold it on a plate. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Take the peel of the last 2 oranges with vegetable peel, in a long ribbon. Scald the 2 ribbons 1 min. Cut them into thin strips. Squeeze the 2 fruits as well as the unused half orange.
- Strain the juice and pour it into a small saucepan. Add the rest of the honey, 2 cuil. soup of water and strips. Cook over low heat, about 10 minutes, to obtain a syrup
- Decorate the cake with the strips of zest and surround it with warm honey syrup.
The recipe for the melting cake with orange peel
As a bonus, here is another idea for an orange dessert, still as melting. It’s a little extra: it is made with orange peels, for a gourmet and anti-gasping dessert!
The ingredients of the recipe:
- 3 organic oranges (the peels)
- 1 + 0.5 whole organic orange
- 180 g flour
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 150 g icing sugar
- 3 eggs
- 12 cl of milk
- 1 cuil. rum soup
- 1 sachet of baking powder
The steps of the recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th. 6).
- Cut the whole orange into 2 and squeeze one half to get 1 cuil. soup of juice. Book it.
- Cut the rest of the orange into pieces and place them in the bowl of the blender. Add the coarsely minced bark, powdered sugar, eggs and milk.
- Mix, then add the flour and yeast to the spatula.
- Pour the dough into a non-stick missed mold. Place in the oven for 40 min.
- Mix the icing sugar with the rum in a bowl, then gradually add the orange juice to obtain a soft icing.
- Unmold the cake and let it cool.
- Spread the icing on the cake and let it dry. Decorate the cake with thin slices of the remaining half orange, fresh or slightly candied.
