Ingredients:

  • 250g chocolate biscuits (like Oreos or digestives), crushed
  • 600g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 400ml heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base Layer:

    • Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs.
    • Spread half of the crumbs in the bottom of a trifle dish.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
