Snap has previously acquired several other AR companies and recently launched a new business unit called Augmented Reality Solutions for Business (ARES) that will offer its AR solutions to retailers and businesses. In addition, Snap has introduced a new AI chatbot for Snapchat powered by OpenAI’s GPT technology.
