Yannick Bisson was born as Yannick D. Bisson on May 16, 1969 in Montreal, Quebec. He has been married to his wife Chantal Craig since 26 May 1990. The couple has three daughters: Brianna, Dominique and Mikaela.
Yannick Bisson first appeared in the 1984 TV film ‘Hockey Night’. After this, he appeared in the flick ‘Toby McTeague’. In 1988, he was cast as Mark Randall for the series ‘Learning the Ropes’. The following year, he made guest appearances in the shows ‘C.B.C.'s Magic Hour’ and ‘Street Legal.’ After this, the actor did the TV film series ‘Gold’. In 1994, he joined the cast of the series ‘High Tide’ as Joey Barrett. A year later, Bisson got featured in the television movie ‘Young at Heart’.
He began playing the role of Richmond P. Hobson, Jr. in the series ‘Nothing Too Good for a Cowboy’ in 1999. The same year, he also appeared in the film ‘Velocity Trap’.
