Wolftyla was in a relationship with Christian, better known by his stage name, ‘Dj Wavy.’ Wolftyla and Christian were one of the most adored couples as they would often post cozy and romantic pictures on their social media accounts. However, they broke up after being in a relationship for more than a year.

She suffered from anxiety and Clinical depression for more than three years. However, with the help of her family and friends, she was able to recover and carry on with her musical journey. This is part of the reason why she wants to promote positivity and love.

Wolftyla is very close to her mother. She once posted a photo of her mother on her Instagram page and thanked her for all her sacrifices. Wolftyla is half-African-American and half-Korean.

Wolftyla was born on June 1, 1996 in New York City, United States. She is of mixed origin. She was brought up in Queens, New York City. As a kid, Wolftyla was interested in cultural activities and even played basketball during high school.

She was later enrolled at ‘New York University,’ where she studied Business Marketing. Since Wolftyla wanted to exhibit her talent at a wider lever, she created an account on Vine, where she started posting a variety of videos.

She gained prominence on social media when her comedic videos became a hit among viewers. This initial success encouraged her to explore other social media platforms as well.

Wolftyla shifted her focus towards music and released her debut single titled ‘Feels’ on SoundCloud. Her song became viral on the internet and received millions of views. As of now, ‘Feels’ has gathered more than 7 million plays on the audio distribution platform. With this, she then became a social media sensation. She also became famous on YouNow, Twitter, and Instagram, where she accrued thousands of followers.

On November 12, 2015, Wolftyla created a channel on YouTube and started posting a variety of videos. Apart from posting music videos, she has also posted skincare routine, hauls, and tutorials, helping her channel gather over 95,000 subscribers.

Over the years, Wolftyla has gathered a huge fan base across multiple social media platforms. On Instagram alone, the R&B singer has more than 1.5 million followers, and has accumulated over 112,000 followers on SoundCloud. She also has thousands of followers on YouNow and Facebook.

Wolftyla’s singing abilities caught the attention of many fellow musicians, which led to several musical collaborations. She gained prominence as a singer when she was provided with an opportunity to perform live on stage along with Jahron Braithwaite, best known by his stage name, ‘PartyNextDoor.’

She then went on to work with musicians, such as DJ Wavy, PnB Rock, Elle Varner, and Monty. Her popularity reached newer heights when she was made a part of one of Tory Lanez’s music videos. Not only did she flaunt her singing abilities, but also showed off her acting skills in the video of a song titled ‘Say It.’

Being a multi-talented individual, Wolftyla gradually expanded her range and went on to become a songwriter as well. She is currently signed with ‘Interscope Records’ as a singer and songwriter.
