He also went on to represent ‘Dallas Mustangs’ of ‘The Amateur Athletic Union’ (AAU).
In 2006, he was enrolled at ‘Iowa State University of Science and Technology.’ During his freshman year, Wesley was included in the ‘Big 12 all-Rookie Team.’ He became one of the most popular players at ‘Iowa State’ when he helped him team secure a massive win against ‘Missouri.’ He secured 13 rebounds and 14 points in the game and also scored the last point with just 1.6 seconds left on the clock.
In 2009, he joined ‘Syracuse University,’ where he represented ‘The Syracuse Orange.’ Wesley was named as the ‘Most Valuable Player’ after helping his team secure a win over ‘The North Carolina Tar Heels.’ He then played crucial roles in his team’s victory over ‘Florida’ and ‘Seton Hall.’

However, he became a prominent player for ‘The Suns’ after Lindsey Hunter took over as the team’s head coach. On February 26, 2013, he put up an impressive show against his former team ‘Minnesota Timberwolves’ to help his team secure a win. He then went on to contribute towards his team’s win against rival teams like ‘The San Antonio Spurs’ and ‘Atlanta Hawks.’
Wesley left ‘Phoenix Suns’ in 2013 and signed a one-year contract with ‘Los Angeles Lakers.’ He played well for the ‘Lakers’ and became one of the eight players to average at least 1 steal and 1 block per game during his first season for the team. On November 29, 2013, he secured 27 points, 3 blocks, and 6 rebounds to help his team win over ‘The Detroit Pistons.’ On July 28, 2014, his contract with ‘The Los Angeles Lakers’ was extended by a year.
