Her debut play was ‘Cinderella,’ produced under ‘Lythgoe Family Production’ house. In the play, Veronica got to share the stage with Hollywood veterans like Jennifer Leigh Warren and Freddie Stroma. Thereafter, Veronica starred in a couple of stage plays namely ‘Into the Woods,’ ‘Chicago,’ and ‘Cabaret.’ She moved to New York for the play ‘Black Suits,’ written by ‘Smash’ fame Joe Iconis. Her career took a major turn after that. She got an offer to play the role of ‘Marisa Clark’ in Disney’s then-upcoming television series, ‘K.C Undercover.’ At the same time, Veronica auditioned for the lead role of ‘Sophie’ in the Broadway Production, ‘Mamma Mia.’ She cleared both the auditions, but eventually chose the role of Marisa over Sophie.
