Initially Avery garnered recognition as elder sister of singer and songwriter Jack Avery. A young musician, Jack utilised the power of social media well in commencing his career. At the very outset he used to post his songs on different social media platforms that gradually gained popularity. He later joined hands with solo artists Daniel Seavey, Jonah Marais, Corbyn Besson and Zach Herron to form the band ‘Why Don't We’ that reached their popularity to new heights.

She has three younger sisters Ava, Isla and Camila apart from her younger brother Jack. Not much is known about early life, education and family background of Avery excepting that the family relocated to a small town in Pennsylvania when Avery was around five years old. Her parents are known to be very supportive who brought her up in a very loving and caring environment. Her mother Kristin Stanford who helps in managing Jack’s career worked as a high school teacher and also owned and served as director of the Rising Star School of Dance from 2005 to 2010. Kristin has gained fame through Instagram where she is known as kdancing and where she has amassed more than 100 K followers. There are hardly any details available on Avery’s father.

Although not much is known about previous relationship and dating status of the damsel, according to sources Avery is dating Devin Hayes from September 2018.
