Supreme Patty was born on December 18, 1997, in Daytona Beach, Florida, to Bill and Angie Wallace. His real name is Patrick Wallace. He has an elder sister named Katie. His parents separated when he was just 3 years old. Supreme is not on talking terms with his father. Supreme’s mother worked in a nursing home to support the family.
Supreme attended the 'Sugar Mill Elementary School' and the 'Ormond Beach Middle School,' both in Florida. He then attended the 'Seabreeze High School' in Daytona Beach. In high school, Supreme got involved with the wrong people, which led him to consume drugs. Eventually, he got addicted to drugs and had to drop out of high school. Following this, Supreme was consumed by depression and even attempted suicide. He once jumped off a bridge to commit suicide, after which he was admitted to an emergency detention center to reevaluate his life. After coming out of the rehabilitation facility, Supreme earned his 'General Educational Development' certificate (high school diploma) and then joined 'Santa Fe College' in Gainesville, Florida.

Supreme ventured into the social-media arena in 2013. He created his 'Instagram' account and uploaded the first picture on August 29, 2013. It was a picture of Supreme with his sister. The online pseudonym, "Supreme Patty," was created through an online name-generator. He eventually began making 'Vine' videos. His first 'Vine' that became viral showed him eating three hot dogs in less than 5 seconds. The video was later “reVined” by actor Orlando Bloom. Supreme earned a massive fan base overnight. He emerged as a prankster who eventually became popular for his dangerous and obnoxious pranks. Supreme is also known for his stunts and challenges, some of which have got him either arrested or hospitalized. He often smokes random liquids, foods, and items such hot sauce, out of a bong, and then drinks the leftovers. Supreme once made a video of him eating spaghetti with marinara sauce, garnished with detergent pods. One of his most dangerous stunts showed Supreme squeezing lime in his eyes before snowboarding. The stunt landed him in hospital. He was once arrested for starting a riot at a FaZe Bank and Fatboy SSE pop-up shop. Despite these factors, Supreme has successfully gained a huge fan base. He now has over six million 'Instagram' followers. Supreme has collaborated with fellow 'Instagram' personality Boonk and other social-media stars such as Tekashi, Danny Duncan, and Woah Vicky.
Supreme created a 'YouTube' channel in April 2015. Named 'Supreme Patty TV,’ the channel primarily hosts pranks, stunts, challenges, and music videos. Apart from being a social-media prankster, Supreme is an upcoming rapper. He has published music on 'SoundCloud,' in collaboration with music producer A. Millz. Millz is also Supreme’s manager and cameraman. They were college mates. The first video on the channel was titled 'Supreme Patty & A.Millz - Watchin (Prod KWT Beats) (Shot by 100,000 Arts)’ and now has over a million “views.” One of Supreme’s popular rap songs is 'Gelato,' which has garnered over three million “views” on 'YouTube.' His music video titled 'MAD' has over a million “views.”
In March 2017, Supreme began posting comedy sketches. His fan base is called the "Lil Dick Gang." Another popular video on Supreme’s channel is 'I GOT ALL MY ACNE REMOVED!!' Viewed by over a million people, the video chronicled Supreme’s acne treatment through laser. Supreme was bullied in school because he had a face full of acne. He also had crooked teeth. Supreme once vlogged on how he fixed his dentures. The vlog was titled 'Supreme Patty TV: First Time Out of the Country! (Fixed my teeth)' and garnered millions of “views.” The channel now has more than 320 thousand subscribers.
