Summer Glau

Summer Glau was born as Summer Lyn Glau on July 24, 1981 in San Antonio, Texas, USA, to parents Mari and Mark. She has two sisters, Christie and Kaitlin. Glau got married to American actor Val Morrison. In 2015, she gave birth to her first daughter, Milena. A couple of years later she had another daughter, Sunny.

Talking about the actress’ philanthropic nature, Glau has been associated with a number of charitable organizations including B.C. Women's Hospital & Health Centre. She is also an animal lover and once hand-painted a pet bowl in support of Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Los Angeles). This bowl was later sold to raise funds for the animals.

Summer Glau first acted in an episode of the 2002 drama series ‘Angel’. She then appeared in the dramas ‘Firefly’ and ‘Cold Case’. In 2004, she acted in the flick ‘Sleepover’. The following year, the actress was cast as Tess Doerner in the series ‘The 4400’. Soon after this, she played Crystal Burns in the drama series ‘The Unit’ and Jack Abernathy in the television film ‘Mammoth’. Then in 2008, Glau joined the cast of ‘Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles’ as Cameron. She then got featured in the dramas ‘The Big Bang Theory’ and ‘Dollhouse’.

After doing the TV film ‘Deadly Honeymoon’ in 2010, she starred as Jamie Fleming and Skylar Adams in the dramas ‘The Cape’ and ‘Alphas’ respectively. Glau then acted in the short film ‘Inside the Box’ in 2013. The same year, she did episodes of ‘Hawaii Five-0’ and ‘NTSF:SD:SUV::’ respectively. She also played the role of Isabel Rochev in the series ‘Arrow’ that year. Soon after this, the American beauty portrayed the character of Anna Brandt in the drama series ‘Sequestered’. Then in 2015, she appeared in the short film ‘Dead End’.
