Seth Abner started his career in 2011 with an eSports organization called ‘Quantic LeveraGe.’ During the subsequent 2012 – 2013 season he joined hands with ‘OpTic Gaming.’ He then played for the ‘League of Legends’ team ‘Apex Gaming’ for a brief period of time before rejoining ‘OpTic Gaming’ for the ‘Call of Duty: Ghosts’ season. Being a part of ‘OpTic Gaming,’ he placed ninth and 13th at the ‘MLG Fall Championship’ and ‘UMG Philadelphia’ respectively. He then announced he would be joining ‘Team EnVyUs,’ which at the time boasted of players like Goonjar, Merk, ProoFy. However, his stay with ‘Team EnVyUs’ did not last long, and he returned to ‘OpTic Gaming’ after a couple of weeks. Subsequently, Seth Abner became part of the 2014 ‘Call of Duty Championship.’ His ‘OpTic Gaming’ team, which consisted of players like MBoZe, Clayster, and NaDeSHoT, won the third spot. His team was then invited to participate in the ‘MLG X Games Invitational,’ where ‘OpTic Gaming’ won the championship. In 2015, Seth Abner replaced Matthew Haag as the new captain of ‘OpTic Gaming.’ As captain, Abner led ‘OpTic Gaming’ to six championship victories and two ‘Pro League Regular Season’ victories before the end of the season. ‘OpTic Gaming’ then won the second season of ‘MLG Pro League,’ which enabled the team to qualify for ‘MLG Pro League Season 2 Playoffs’ in Austin, Texas. During the playoffs, Abner won his second gold medal, becoming the only eSports competitor to win two consecutive ‘XGAMES’ gold medals. At the beginning of the new season (Call of Duty: Black Ops III), Abner announced that there would be no changes to his team. In April 2016, he helped his team win the 2016 ‘Call of Duty World League Stage One Finals.’ In 2017, he won first place at the ‘Call of Duty World League Championship’ after failing to secure the top spot on four previous championship events. With 26 major championship wins, Abner is the second most successful player in the history of ‘Call of Duty.’ As of April 2018, he had won a total of $572,368 from tournaments all around the world.
