Roshon Fegan

Roshon Fegan’s first girlfriend was Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, his co-star from the movie ‘Camp Rock’. They were in a relationship from 2008 to 2009.

He next dated Chelsie Hightower, his co-dancer from ‘Dancing with the Stars’. They began dating in 2012 and this relationship also lasted a year.

Roshon’s next girlfriend was Caroline Sunshine, who was also his co-star in the Disney channel sitcom, ‘Shake it up’. They dated briefly during 2013.

Roshon was born on 6 October 1991 in Los Angeles, California, as the only son of Cion and Roy Fegan. His father is of Afro-American origin and is a famous TV star His television credits include shows like ‘The Shield’, ‘Married…. with children’, ‘Will & Grace’ etc. His mother is of Filipino origin.

Roshon was raised in Los Angeles and attended Tom Bradley Elementary and Hollywood High School before leaving to be home-schooled to make time for his acting career.

He is a trained actor and attended BK Acting Studio and the USC 32nd Street Performing Arts School to hone his acting skills before making a debut in Hollywood.

Roshon started his career by playing minor cameo role in the famous 2004 movie ‘Spiderman-2’. He played the role of an amazed kid in the movie. Subsequently, he made his small screen debut by playing another cameo role for the TV series ‘Monk’, in 2006.

Roshon continued doing small roles in movies like ‘Baby (2007)’ and ‘Drillbit Taylor (2008)’. Nevertheless, he got his first taste of success in June-2008 when he gained recognition for his role as Sander Loyer in the Disney movie franchise ‘Camp Rock’, which went on to become the number one entertainment telecast on cable TV in 2008.

Roshon reprised his role of Sander Loyer in ‘Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam’ in the year 2010. Seeing his popularity among young teenagers, Disney channel casted him in their new sitcom for teenagers, ‘Shake it up’. He was casted as Ty Blue, brother of Rocky, one of shows main protagonist.

In 2010, Roshon participated in the reality television show, ‘Dancing with the Stars’ where he was partnered with Chelsie Hightower, a regular dancer on the show. He stayed on the show for 8 weeks and finished at 6th position.

Roshon released his first single “I AM” in 2011 on iTunes, this was his first attempt at launching his career as a solo musician. Before this he had already contributed to the soundtrack of the first ‘Camp Rock’ movie. Subsequently, he continued releasing multiple singles on iTunes and composed the “Afterparty” song for his show ‘Shake it up’
