Like many of his peers, Rich Dollaz started from the bottom to get to where he is today. His career started with an internship with Bad Boy Records, wherein he helped create the careers of various famous artists such as Cassie, Ryan Leslie, Yung Joc and Gorilla Zoe, to name a few. His great ability to network with young and budding artists has helped him establish contacts, which built his career. In 2009, Rich Dollaz quit Bad Boy Records and was recruited by Universal Music. He later resigned from Universal Music in order to start his own company. Later on, in 2009 he formed his own management company – Dollaz Unlimited where he is the Chief Executive Officer. He has also featured in the VH1 show ‘Love & Hip Hop New York’, which facilitated his rise to fame. He also manages the famous singer and rapper Olivia. Rich Dollaz, who was once considered a nobody, is now the man every budding artist in the country dreams to work with.
