The duo met at a New York press junket and had three children, Ella Rae, Michael, and Brendan Joseph before marriage. After converting to Catholicism from Baptist Protestantism, Durham married Wahlberg in 2009 in Beverly Hills. She gave birth to the couple’s fourth child, daughter Grace Margaret, in January 2010. After marriage, she became the daughter-in-law of Donald E. Wahlberg Sr. and Alma McPeck. She is the sister-in-law of Robert Wahlberg, Donnie Wahlberg, Jenny McCarthy and Arthur Wahlberg.

Rhea Durham started her modeling career at the age of 15 after getting discovered by an employee of Model Scout, a famous modeling agency, in a mall. The Florida native eventually got a modeling contract and packed her bags to travel to New York and Paris for her assignments. During this time, she also began doing fashion shows and advertisements. She kindled a mild controversy when she criticized Este Lauder’s choice of Kendall Jenner as their new face. In 2014, the model criticized People Magazine for selecting Chris Hemsworth as the sexiest man.
