Raviv Ullman

Raviv Ullman has been dating American actress Sarah Steele since 2012.

Raviv Ullman was born on 24th January 1986 in Eilat, Israel to American parents Laura and Brian Ullman. He also has two younger siblings, Tali and Nadav. His family left for the US when he was one year old.

Ullman developed an intense interest in acting after he portrayed Peter Pan in a summer camp stage production. He learned to play the trombone as well. He graduated from Fairfield Warde High School.

After finishing his studies, Raviv Ullman began his career as a professional stage actor. Some of his early works include ‘The King and I’, ‘Peter Pan’ and ‘The Music Man’. His role in the play ‘A Rosen by Any Other Name’, earned him a Best Actor nomination for the Connecticut’s Critics’ Award.

He made his TV debut with a supporting role in the TV movie ‘Growing Up Brady’ in 2000. In 2002, he played a guest role in an episode of the famous TV series ‘Guiding Light’.

Ullman became known for his portrayal of Phillip Diffy, the lead character of the TV series ‘Phil of the Future’. The sci-fi comedy series, which was created by Tim Maile and Douglas Tuber, aired from 2004 to 2006, covering two seasons. It was nominated for several awards.

In 2004, he played the lead role in the TV series ‘Pixel Perfect’. Directed by Mark A. Z. Dippe, the film starred Ullman as an intelligent teenager, who is trying to save his best friend Samantha’s music band. The film was made on a budget of $4 million. Other TV movies he appeared in include ‘Searching for David’s Heart’ (2004), ‘Totally Suite New Year’sEve’ (2005) and ‘That Guy’ (2006).

In the mid-2000s Raviv Ullman also started appeared on the big screen, playing important roles. He had a supporting role in ‘The Big Bad Swim’ and the lead role in the film ‘Driftwood’. Both the films were released in 2006. Over the ensuing years, he continued to appear in several films such as ‘Prom Wars’ (2008), ‘The Trouble With Cali’ (2010) and ‘How to Make Love to A Woman’ (2010). He also appeared in several plays including ‘Dead End’ (2005) and ‘Russian Transport’ (2012).

In 2006, Raviv Ullman collaborated with his friends and created the music video ‘Pointy Hat’ under the name of ‘The Webee Boys’. Since its upload to YouTube, it has been viewed over 300,000 times. They also released two other music videos ‘Refrigerator’ and ‘Bop It’.

Along with actor Douglas Smith, Ullman formed a band called ‘Goodbye Ian’; the band’s name was later changed to His Orchestra. They released their debut album ‘Field Guide to the Wilds’in February 2009.
