Rahat Adams was a confident kid and knew he wanted to be in performing arts right from the start. He started taking piano and dancing lessons at a very young age. While in school he got offered to play the lead role of Troy in the school production of ‘High School Musical’. This boosted his confidence but he had to give up dancing after suffering a back injury. This turned out to be the biggest turning point in his life as he thrust all his focus on acting. Rahart not only started pursuing drama at The Australian Film and Television Academy (TAFTA) but also started taking singing lessons from Greg Mills at the ‘Young Talent Time’.
In 2010, Rahart Adams played a cameo as himself in the series ‘Prank Patrol’. His time at TAFTA became the stepping stone to his career because, in 2013, he was offered to play the guest role of Alistair O'Loughlin on the Australian drama series ‘Neighbors’. He made his TV debut on January 29, 2013. His small four episode spanning role soon brought him to the notice of other directors.
In 2013, his career launched in an unexpected way as he soon found himself cast in one of the lead roles of Sam Conte on the fantasy action-adventure series ‘Nowhere Boys’. He not only played the lead in the series until 2015 but also voiced the character in the spin-off video game ‘Nowhere Boys: The 5th Boy’.
Already a teen sensation, Rahart Adams got his second big break on the Nickelodeon TV series ‘Every Witch Way’ (2014–2015). His portrayal of the evil wizard, Jax Novoa, on the series made him one of the top rising young stars. He also reprised the role in the spin-off movie ‘Every Witch Way: Spellbound’ (2014). His next venture was in the comedy film ‘Liar, Liar, Vampire’ (2015) and it was received well by audiences as well.
In 2016, Rahart reprised his role of Sam Conte in the movie ‘Nowhere Boys: The Book of Shadows’. He also earned praise for his performance as an ‘emo’ teenager in ‘EMO the Musical’.
He also received acclaim for his acting on the YouTube Red series ‘Foursome’ (2016–2017). He had a recurring role on the show ‘House Husbands’ in 2017 and is currently starring in his biggest movie to date ‘Pacific Rim Uprising’ (2018).
