Prince Jackson was born Michael Joseph Jackson Jr. on February 13, 1997, in Los Angeles, California. There are many speculations regarding the biological father of Prince. Many sources say that Arnold Klein, Michael Jackson’s dermatologist, donated his sperms to Prince’s surrogate mother, Debbie Rowe. If this is true, then Prince is of mixed ancestry. While Debbie is of Australian, French and English origin, Arnold is of Dutch and German origin.
Prince was raised along with his siblings Paris and Blanket in their multi-billion estate, Neverland. The estate is so huge that it consists of an amusement park. As a kid, Prince hardly left the estate as he spent most of his childhood days within the walls of the estate. Prince and his siblings had six nannies and six nurses who were working round the clock to take care of them. Later, Prince and his siblings were raised by Grace Rwaramba who was hired by Michael Jackson himself.
Prince lived in an extremely protective environment. In fact, all the items that he used were thrown away after a single use. Late Elizabeth Taylor was Prince’s Godmother. In 2015, Prince graduated from The Buckley School, California. He then attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Neither Prince nor any of his siblings gave any public appearance until Michael Jackson’s death. Prince and his siblings made their first ever public appearance during Michael’s funeral. They even spoke to the media regarding their father. They then appeared at the 2010 Grammy Awards when they accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of their father.
Prince stepped into the world of entertainment in 2013 when he appeared as a guest correspondent in the entertainment news program, ‘Entertainment Tonight.’ He interviewed the crew and cast members of the film, ‘Oz the Great and Powerful.’ In the show, he interviewed stars, such as James Franco, Zach Braff, and director Sam Raimi. But before that, Prince had made a brief appearance along with his father in an episode of the music show, ‘VH1: All Access.’ He then appeared in a documentary titled ‘Alive III Michael Jackson The Living Dead.’ Released in 2017, the documentary was based on the mysterious death of Michael Jackson.
Prince has also worked behind the camera as a producer. He is the founder of the production company, ‘King’s Son Productions.’ The motive behind this venture is to provide a platform to all the budding talents who aspire to make a career in the entertainment field. Prince wants to follow in the footsteps of his father and thus, he is involved in many philanthropic acts. He has started a charitable trust, ‘Sense of Home’, which primarily works for underprivileged homeless children. He has also worked with ‘Heal Los Angeles,’ a charity organization that works against child abuse.
