Boselli’s career, both academically and as a model & fashion icon have been on parallel roads to success throughout his life. While he was still in school, Pietro was discovered by ‘Giorgio Armani’ for their junior campaign. He went on to become the face of ‘Armani Junior’ for five consecutive years until he was 11 years old and was even signed by a model agency in Milan. He continued doing ‘Armani’ shows exclusively, but most of his time was spent on academics. During this time he was not signed to any agency and most of his clients came from direct scouting which included brands like ‘Abercrombie & Fitch’.
2010 turned out to be a massive year for the young academic-model. He graduated with First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering. Consequently, he also started his PhD at ‘UCL’ the same year, focusing on “computational fluid dynamics based design of steam turbines, sponsored by Hitachi, Japan”.
