Pamela David was born on 6 October 1978 in Córdoba, Argentina, to DyD owner/producer Alberto David. The family lived for some years in Santiago del Estero before Pamela moved to Buenos Aires for higher studies. She entered into a relationship with basket player Bruno Lábaque in October 2005 and married him in March 2008. The couple has a son. The marriage, however, did not last long and ended in divorce. Pamela started dating businessman Daniel Vila in 2011 and has a daughter with him.
Pamela David developed an early interest in modeling as a young girl. Pretty, charismatic, and confident, she participated in many beauty contests as a teenager and won several of them. She began to seriously consider modeling as a career after winning the regional contest for the 'Tourism Queen' contest. Her ambition received a further boost when she later won the national title of 'National Queen of Tourism in Argentina'. Despite her deep love for modeling, the youngster decided to first get a degree from college. Thus she moved from Santiago del Estero to Buenos Aires in 1998 to study enterprise management. However, she didn’t stay in college for long as she did not find studies to be interesting. Taking a leap of faith, she dropped out of college to pursue a full-time career as a model.
In 2001, she got a chance to appear in the reality TV show ‘Ricardo Piñeiro Modeling Agency’ (The Tavern). The busty beauty got noticed for her hot body and was offered the opportunity to appear as a cover model in the Argentine edition of ‘Playboy’ magazine. It was this appearance that brought her immense popularity and catapulted her career to great new heights. Soon after, she was flooded with more modeling assignments and television offers. After playing a few comedic roles on television, she hosted the erotic program ‘Pamela Sex,’ which aired for Playboy TV cable signal. This further cemented her image of a sex symbol. She has also worked as a presenter on the TV series ‘Fuera de Foco’ and appeared in two episodes of the ‘Noche de Juegos’ and an episode of ‘De Pé a Pá’ as herself.
