The family lived for some years in Santiago del Estero before Pamela moved to Buenos Aires for higher studies. She entered into a relationship with basket player Bruno Lábaque in October 2005 and married him in March 2008. The couple has a son. The marriage, however, did not last long and ended in divorce. Pamela David developed an early interest in modeling as a young girl. Pretty, charismatic, and confident, she participated in many beauty contests as a teenager and won several of them. She began to seriously consider modeling as a career after winning the regional contest for the 'Tourism Queen' contest. Her ambition received a further boost when she later won the national title of 'National Queen of Tourism in Argentina'.
