In 2009, Tony and October stripped down as part of an advertisement campaign for the popular animal rights organization, ‘PETA.’ She is also an ardent supporter of ‘Shadow Buddies Foundation,’ which strives towards improving the lives of sick children. She also hosted a show called ‘Pink Party,’ honoring teenagers battling cancer at the ‘Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.’ October is active on social media. October Calinda Vegas-Russell was born on October 10, 1980 in Los Angeles, California, USA, into a family of musicians. Her father, Pat Vegas, was one of the members of the 70s band ‘Redbone.’ While her grandfather was a famous pianist, her grandmother was a singer. October was raised along with her sisters and brother and received music lessons from her parents. Her sister Sarah accompanied October to many charity events, where they exhibited their singing prowess. They were also part of their school singing group, ‘Elementary Ensemble.’ October had a tough childhood as her parents were addicted to drugs. Hence, October and her siblings moved to Florida, where they started living with their uncle and aunt. After graduating from ‘West Brook Senior High School,’ October enrolled at ‘The University of Texas at Austin.’ Until 2012, October had licenses in the field of cosmetology and bartending. In fact, she met Tony Gonzalez in 2002, while working at a bar in Newport Beach, California.

True Hollywood Story.’ She then took a break before returning to television as a co-host in 2014. After co-hosting a television series titled ‘The View,’ she was seen in the popular series ‘Rachael Ray.’ In the same year, she was also seen in ‘Entertainment Tonight.’ In 2016, she appeared as herself in the series ‘FabLife.’ She received her big breakthrough in 2017, when she was roped in to play an important role in the popular game show ‘Beat Shazam.’ In the same year, she was also seen in other television series, such as ‘Daily Pop’ and ‘Home & Family.’ In 2017, she was also seen in the documentary film ‘Rumble: The Indians Who Rocked The World.’
October was in a relationship with another man when she first met Tony Gonzalez in 2002. Hence, she initially turned down his offers to go out for a date. After a few months, Tony tried again when he learnt about October’s breakup. After dating for over four years, the couple decided to have a commitment ceremony on July 20, 2007, in California. October and Tony are blessed with two children - Malia and River.
